Long story short, I recently gained nearly 40 (!!!) pounds due to not exercising and VERY poor eating habits, and was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable with my body and decided to make a change...
I had picked up a copy of Muscle and Fitness Hers one day at a grocery store and was just AMAZED at what pretty much anyone can do with their body as long as they are willing to work hard for it...VERY hard.
Why I Love It:
-Finally getting to see the results of hard work and and the feeling of accomplishment.
-The feeling of being fit and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
the decreasing numbers on the measuring tape, and of course, THIS WEBSITE!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
For me,it was finally learning and UNDERSTANDING what "clean-eating" was all about.
**If you only knew what foods i've previously considered clean and healthy, you would agree that this is a MAJOR accomplishment for me!!!! I would have gotten NOWHERE (except for the worst!).

Now that we've gotten the nutritional and fitness aspects down, we now have the hardest part ahead of us...

So pretty much, I'm starting all over again. Right from the beginning. But it's okay, because I'm determined to finish what I've started this time...once and for all. :)
School is finally out, so I have no more excuses.
This is the workout that I will be consistently doing from now on... I had stressed endlessly for months trying to come up with a good routine, when really, it's not rocket science...not even CLOSE...lol. It alternates each week. I ALWAYS get in 2 days of legs each week, no matter...

Wow, even with a little fat covering them your abs already look good. Nice! I'd try doing bicycle crunches. Your abs are pretty developed, I think you'll burn a lot of calories that way.
