How's it going? Workouts going well? I just changed mine up to start a cut. I also just added my first set of progress photos...stop by and let me know what you think.
What's your overall diet look like? If you want to drop to 4% bodyfat, you have to pretty much get rid of all the fat from your diet (which is something I wouldn't recommend to anyone on a health standpoint). As far as training, look into HIIT. Much better than cardio.
Wow! Great change. Can I ask what kind of program you were on to do that? What kind of weightlifting regiment and how much and what kind of cardio you did?
