i have always been an athlete, and love the feeling of a game, or a good work out! i also have been in dance since i was 5. but my body always looked the same. not fat not skinny not muscular, just average... but when i was like 12 i saved up and ordered Tae-bo, and loved it. i did it for 1 hour 6 days a week and i saw my little body changing, and developing muscle! i've always loved how women look when they are cut and muscular! i started going to the YMCA and taking aerobics and pilates when i was 15. and once i turned 16 i started hitin the weights! i fell in love. week after week i looked better, felt better, and gained strength! it was great! ever since i have been serious and dedicated to a healthy lifestyle including proper nutrition and exercise :) i plan on training for a competition by next year and hopefully have the guts to sign up for one:)
Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
pictures of female fitness models or body builders are every where in my house:) mirrors, fridge, walls... and also, my husband is a great support system and motivator, as well as family and friends. also, my self motivation and desire to compete someday always gets me through those tough days...
BB Accomplishments:
lol, nothing yet, but im only 21...hopefully someday i can change this answer and have some cool things to say ;)
