What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Some days I will surf the net. I will read bodybuilding.com articles and look at pictures of fit individuals. Other times, I will listen to music and try to focus on what I need to get done.
Ahhh, week 3 is complete. Physical I feel great and healthy. A little hungry at times, especially at night. Last night I had a huge cheat meal, Sweet and Sour Chicken with my one of my firefighters. Not a significant change in weight according to the Tanita (Body Fat Machine)...
