Come from a grappling and boxing background. Always been into fitness and always being in top physical shape. at the end of the summer in 05 I realized alot of my peers were spending alot of time parting and drinking. I then began to notice a huge change in attitude and especially appearance. I never want to be like that I thought. As bad as it may sound, it motivated me. so that fall I began to train and train and train. spent the next 2yrs in the boxing gym, or on the mat. the spring of 07 I decided to try to put on some mass, and do alot of strength training to help me out in certain area's. spent the summer lifting and working on strength, before I knew it I was walkin around at about 190lbs and didnt gain much bodyfat. I thought how far can I take this? but other task derailed me, cutting weight for a tournament, and focusing more on skill than strength. during the fall and winter of 07/08 missed hitting the weights and losing what I had shaped and gained. I guess you can say I got bit by the bodybuilding bug and I'm never looking back again.
Why I Love It:
Taking your body to a new, higher physical performace and appeal
How I Stay Motivated:
Self Motivated.
I know where my body's came from and where it is now, but also know where I want it to be. and nothing will stop me to get to there.
Seeing the average 21 and 22yr olds and there lifestyle.

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
Not that it really matters. I dont need a pad on the back. tell them sometimes so that maybe they will get motivated to do it to. and not become a statistic.
Well....reading your site and motivation, not worried at all about finishing the construction for that Fall comp. Know U don't like a Pat on the Back but deserve one anyways. HA lol Andre
