i want to gain as much muscle as possible. as a natural and "not so gifted" bodybuilder i want to step on stage one day and bring a competitive package. long therm goal is being "stage ready" in like 3-4 years.
I am focusing workout and diet consistency. That means at least 4 workout days a week. And getting back on my 6 meals a day plan....I need to get my rhythm back. DO WORK CREW!!!!

I want to keep my body in shape. I was a runner in both high school and college, but I'm a couple years removed from those days. Since I don't run as much now, I'm looking for a new way to keep my body in shape and stay healthy.
