How I Started:
When I was 17, started doing tons of push ups and sit ups.Diet was like crap.Ate a lot of greasy stuffs and clean too.Everything's the same.Then,things pretty much took off from that moment once I gradually make my move up bit by bit.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE the pump I get, the TEST BOOST,the physical transformation and the focus! Not to mention,the ladies dig it too although I dont pay much attention to them.
How I Stay Motivated:
Get bodybuilding magz.Look in the mirror. All these motivates me to harden up.

yeah bro if u do take axis no longer than 40 days than cycle off the body will get used to test "support" n that aint good..its not hormonal though man its natural stuf.
right now im working out 3 times a week tuesday its back/tris thurday its chest/bis friday its legs. for supps i take a scoop of protein with my morning muesli and a scoop before bed and sometimes after working out depending how far away dinner is. i dont have a diet i just listen to my body if im hungry/out of energy i eat more i just try and stay away from sugary foods expesually now since im cutting again but i have a cheat day once a week
it's funny that you mention my eyebrows, b/c they ARE looking busted right now and I gotta make time to go today or tomorrow to get that shit waxed!!! i was like OMG can he see my eyebrows???
