I have dieted off & on for the past 7 yrs. I have really always struggled to a point to keep off the weight, but the past 7 yrs I have really had a struggle. I have gained about 100 lbs over the past 7 yrs. I have tried numerous "fad" diets & other programs, none of which has worked. I am now trying to loose it the right way without any "fad" diets. I am just trying to watch what I eat & exercising. This time I will lose the weight & keep it off.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I know that I am doing something good for myself. I love to see results. I know that results are slow & that doesn't bother me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep track of my progress thru daily cardio & weight training logs. When I see that I am going up on my weights & longer on the cardio machines, that shows me that even if the scales are slow to move or that visual results are hard to see that I am getting results.

I have really blown my weight loss goals this year. I had been doing good the end of last year and the first part of this year, but I just somewhere lost track. Now I am starting over again. Today marks a new day. I am not going to let my past failures stop me from reaching my goals. Much of...
