The LORD is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation.
Psalm 118:14
Goal (Long):
I had always been skinny kid( you know the ones that have no idea how skinny they are). After going and setting a few goals to add so mass I went from 155 to 215 to this day. From not being able to bench the bar to benching over 315. After being told I should compete I decided to start in 2008 in a nautral bodybuilding show.
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:31

Hey man. Good luck in reaching your goals. Sounds like you have enough faith to do it. Faith can move mountains you know. Good to see a Christ follower on here. Keep up the good work!!
Hey thanks bro. Being skinny sucks...People say that size doesnt matter.....well I guess it doesnt in a mental or moral way....but as far as physical things go its everything. Especially in highschool. I'm just curious but I've been told alot that after highschool you get over a barrier and start packing on the pounds is it true? When did you start putting on some size and weight?
