Slowly coming back to the site and going to bring it INSANITY style.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me feeling good about me and helps keep my mental state in check. May be doing the program called INSANITY but don't want to go insane.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a Wonderful man that BELIEVES in me and Great Friends behind me pushing me all the way. We all are trying to achieve another level in our lives and fitness it may all be different but staying motivated is hard for all of us.
BB Accomplishments:
Winning $1,000 in the Million Dollar Body game through Beachbody for my transformation.

Goal (Long):
I've been the over weight out of breath fat girl in the room with the "great personality". I've achieved a lot in the last 3 years physically and mentally. Now I'm ready to kick it up a notch physically and actually hit it harder than ever. My over all goal is to reach a fitness level I never thought possible hand in hand with my man. I'm a Beachbody Coach because in order to do something right you have to have a passion for it. And just the fact that Beachbody gave me back my life and an added sense of self worth. You get out of the programs what you put into them. Its all about pushing play and stepping up to the plate. If you want a workout at home that you know you will make progress with just by showing up these programs can help. Day one of any of them was hard but as you move forward feeling the progression with each workout is a GREAT feeling I enjoy every time. Each time you do one more rep or lift a heavier weight or fall down in your own puddle of sweat is the greatest feeling in the world. Heading into the next phase of my journey.

ha! it's small package of s.f. vanilla pudding (not sure tho if you want the fake sugars. i've cut them totally out but this lil bit), 12 oz. silken tofu, 1 c. pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spices.. mix and voila!
