If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! I'm new to working out!
I plan to work out 3-5 days a week.
DAY 1:
Burpee- 1 set of 12 reps
Glute Lunge- 1 set of 20 reps of each leg
Bench Tap- 1 set of 15 reps
Step-Down- 1 set of 10 reps
Hop over Bench- 1 set of 20 reps
Get up/Get down- 1 set of 12 reps
Pushup- 1 set of 8 reps
Bungee- 1 set of 20 reps
DAY 2:
Walk out- 1 set of 10 reps
Pushup hold- 3 of them
Walking lunge with press- 1 set of 30 reps
Box jump- as many as possible in 30 seconds
The other days I'm going to either jog on the treadmill or do walking lunges on the treadmill.
I chose this workout as my first because in oxygen magazine they had an article called "The Ultimate Fat-Blaster" by Chris Cander. This workout was created by an IFBB pro Beth Horn who hasnt done any cardio in over nine months. She recommends by doing these two to four times each week, and assuming you eat properly you will see amazing results and supposedly drop a dress size in 3 weeks!
So for now, this is my plan! |
