When I Started: Jun, 2007
How I Started: Actually my wedding is coming up in October and the thought of having pictures of me in my wedding dress while I was miserably overweight just didn't settle so I hired a personal trainer and got on the ball.
Why I Love It: The self esteem it gives me can't be surpassed by anything else. Not only do I look better, but the happiness it gives me is something you can't get with anything else.
How I Stay Motivated: Usually just seeing other girls with nice bodies gets me motivated enough to accomplish it on my own.
BB Accomplishments: I've had my trainer for approximately 3 weeks and have lost a total of 6.5% body fat. My begining body fat percent was 30.1.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to lose about 30 pounds OR about 13.6% body fat.
Goal (Long): I've struggled with my weight since middle school, but when I started high school I found that you could easily lose weight by not eating. I wouldn't call myself anorexic because I ate occasionally, but not anywhere near enough to be healthy. When I graduated I moved into San Antonio and it was so much easier to grab something rather than cook it myself. About a year after that I looked in the mirror and I saw something I hated so I decided to change it. I now cook my own food and rely on myself to make sure there's only healthy food in the house. One thing I plan on rewarding myself with when I do reach my goal is a breast augmentation.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 13%

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Definitely the pull downs with a rope attachment, and tricep extensions.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
21s, or maybe it's called 24s? I'm not sure...it's 6 whole curls, 6 half-ups, six half-downs and then another 6 whole curls.
