I started with triathlon 5 years ago. Since then I have not been able to give up doing sport. I always have done lots of push ups. I started with weights 3 months ago. I love to combine weights with cardio activity (running or swimming), it is the best way to achieve the balance between strenght power and cardio endurance, it really is the way to keep our body healthy.
Why I Love It:
I love this sport and all endurance sports because they are a challenge for me. You can be better day after day, so you must fight to achieve the "perfection". Your body and your mind can achieve a very high standards. You only have to put the meaning.
How I Stay Motivated:
Videos, photos, trainingmates...I fix an aim and I try to focus on it.

Real good Xavi. You look awesome. You definitely got the cts down packed. I like when you see veins. To me that really defines the muscle and body. What do you eat, because all I see cuts and no fat? You really look good. Keep doing what you are doing. Its working for you. Keep up the good work.
