It's VITAL to eat SUPER CLEAN, in other words, as close to Mother Nature as possible!
First recipe I'd like to share:
Mouth-watering Sweet Potatoes (SUPER EASY--people can't resist this one!!!)
Preheat oven to 375° degrees
Peel sweet potatoes and cut them into medium-sized chunks
Place the sweet potatoes in a baking sheet, drizzle olive oil and turn all the chunks to coat each side.
Sprinkle (to your liking) salt, pepper and oregano.
Place in oven, turning every 15 minutes until you've cooked them for roughly one hour.
