Overall Goal: To be the best that I can possibly be, and not give a f*ck about what everyone else thinks or wants me to be. Becoming strong, and only getting stronger, with the help and support of my friends and family. =)
Fit Status:
having my first competition in summer 2010! Yeah baby!
Friendly motivation :). Also, I was tired of feeling gross and unhealthy all the time, and just needed a serious change. So I picked up a bodybuilding magazine, lifted for the first time, and got hooked.
Why I Love It:
It gives me self-confidence, and I love the feel you get after you've just finished a really great workout.
It's like an addiction, seriously. It's the one part of the day that I REALLY look forward to. I can honestly say that if I didn't work out, I'd most likely be miserable, and not just because I'd look like crap ;).
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results, getting stronger, beating my personal best, reaching my goals, refusing to look "normal".
BB Accomplishments:
I've been through literally every eating disorder imaginable, and am proud to have overcome all of them. Through various battles of negative body image, severe depression, and insecurity, I've come to an understanding with my body, and realize that you have to be able to cope with this kind of lifestyle, or you won't ever make it - that means all the rough spots along the way. I'm happy to have accomplished a definite change in my negative habits, causing more positive ones to branch out.
I have also recently recovered from the Female Athlete Triad syndrome! Feels amazing to have my body back to normal again.
...............was also incredibly happy when my abs popped. That was ballin. ;)
Can't wait till this "accomplishments" list is a mile long!

Sarah Gwynn has an amazing physique, and incredible drive. She's been an inspiration ever since I saw her famous ab picture ;). I strive for her type of physique, and hope to reach her level of fitness someday.
