1/4/2013 - (Meal 1) 1 cup of old fashioned quaker oats, 1 banana, tspn of honey, 1/4 tspn of cinnamon, 2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Whey protein (vanilla cream flavor) blended in 16 oz water
(Meal 2) 8 egg whites with one egg yolk and a hearty serving of plain old fashioned Quaker Oats Oatmeal
