1/4/2013 - (Meal 1) 1 cup of old fashioned quaker oats, 1 banana, tspn of honey, 1/4 tspn of cinnamon, 2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Whey protein (vanilla cream flavor) blended in 16 oz water

(Meal 2) 8 egg whites with one egg yolk and a hearty serving of plain old fashioned Quaker Oats Oatmeal

nancy90 That's great! Sounds like you're really focused. Myself, I have a specific goal I need to crush and I'm 100% dedicated. I hired a personal trainer once a week to help me get where I need to be. Another ones input is extremely helpful. I have done rather well on my own up to this point. I too have far to go but I have already come so far. I have cleaned up my diet but it's still difficult at times. I just keep picturing my goal! :) Mar 13, 2013 6:59pm
