I was tired of being fat and out of shape. I was inactive due to a knee injury and weighed 175 at a size 14. I decided to commit to a figure competition to give myself a goal, and the rest is history. I loved working out so much that I became a Personal Trainer.
Why I Love It:
I never imagined I could transform my body the way I have, and I can't wait to see what a few more years bring! Working out relieves my stress and makes me feel great! I love getting stronger and being able to do more than I imagined! I am 30 years old but I feel like I am 18! It keeps me young!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at what others have achieved and trying to model myself after them. I am a personal trainer so I have to be a role model for my clients. That also keeps me eating clean.
My goal is to compete in 2010 and become a fitness model.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 16% bodyfat and going from a size 14 to a 6! I've since put on about 15-20 lbs of muscle and have rehabbed 5 knee surgeries!
Shooting with Photographers Dan Ray and Doug Smith!

I want to rid my diet of dairy, grains, sugars, wheat, gluten, caffeine, and processed foods. I want to be HEALTHY and have massive amounts of natural energy! I want to become a certified Nutritionist. I would like to be a role model for others and prove that staying lean is achievable and do it in a healthy way!
Nancy has so much great advice and I can't wait to learn more from her! I just read her latest E-Book about dieting for competitors and it taught me so much about who I have been and who I want to be! Thank you!
Well after a few months of not being disciplined I feel like I am finally back to the real me! I had a great photo shoot in the spring at the Arnold, but when I got home, things just seemed to go in the WRONG direction! I only have myself to blame of course, but for some reason, I just...
