How I Started:
I started training because I wanted to make the high school baseball team. I don't play ball anymore but I still love working out.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel great and I like to watch my body change and adapt to training.
How I Stay Motivated:

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Sometimes my lower back will tighten up and it usually lasts a few days. I stop lifting and ice it down really well.

Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
I like the Spike energy drinks but I try not to take them very often. The ISS ProCosanoid is good too because it doesn't make my heart race and I don't get the jitters.
