I trained with my ex-husband before 2004, but I really had no idea what I was doing without him. In 2004, I took charge of my own training and got really serious about being fit and looking good.
Why I Love It:
I absolutely love being strong! I love the endorphins! I love being happy with myself and knowing I worked so hard to be fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's not hard to stay motivated to workout - that's the easy part because I truly enjoy it. As for sticking to my diet, I visit forums like these, read magazines and if I want to stray, I try to remind myself of my goals... do I want that Reese's Pieces or do I want to be leaner and hotter? :p
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, but I do want to complete a triathlon next year. That would be amazing!

Thsi is old, but it's a good shot of my body without working out... I carry all my weight in my legs... Funnily.. I was only about 60 - 63kg in this pic, but the same dress size as now... and I weigh about 75kg, lol.
Yeah, I think I'm finally getting to the right frame of mind too, as far as food. I've been looking into a lot of online comp trainers if your interested.. also feel free to email me anytime! We can defintly keep eachother on track! sarah.kinney@gmail.com
Haha yeah, i happend to be on here when you commented!
No, I didnt do a comp, I needed to work on my food issues and I think I've finally overcome them. So I'm hoping to do one by the end of next year! I'm going to really do some research on trainers and nutrition the next few months and hopefully really start up the beginning of the year! You should do one! We could motivate eachother! hehe.
Hey!
I was actually in your neck of the woods a couple weeks ago! I hardly post on here anymore because my work blocks bb.com... but I do have a journal over on oxygenmag.net (gymgrrl) You should go over there! I was thinking about you actually! How's everything?!
well...I hit it pretty hard the past two weeks. Lost three pounds...the slow process of progress. I just recieved my Essential amino acids. So we'll see how things go for building muscle. I have also started my cardio push so I'm hoping to see better results. One day at a time. Let me know how that cycling goes...if it weren't for the seats on the bike I'd do it myself lol.
Hey, Idaho is ok but I'm sure it's NOTHING compared to Australia. I've always wanted to go there. The people seem so awesome. Thanks for the comments and good luck with everything.

Good Luck with the tri and other goals. I am sure you will get your goal. I am just over 14 weeks out from mine and am petrified! Its good to see other Aussie chicks on this site too. :)
sweety you're absolutely beautiful. Keep going and don't give up. I know what you mean about that diet. I'm feeling guilty about indulging in a bottle of wine yesterday...
