When I Started:
How I Started: I was envolved in cross country and track in High School. I received my first weight bench my junior yr of high school, but I didnt get serious about weight training until i was 23.
Why I Love It: It makes me feel Strong mentally and physically.Plus I love the way it makes me look.Muscles :)
How I Stay Motivated: Sometimes I find it difficult to stay modivated. If I can make it far enough to start seeing some results, then I Stay modivated easy.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I would like to lose bodyfat and gain some muscle mass.
Goal (Long): I have gained about 10 to 15 Ibs over the last 2 yrs. My goal is to lose That and gain a little muscle mass. Eventually I would like to compete in a figure competition.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 18%
