How I Started:
I was envolved in cross country and track in High School. I received my first weight bench my junior yr of high school, but I didnt get serious about weight training until I was 23.
Why I Love It:
I love the confidence it gives me. It makes me feel strong mentally and physically. I also love having a tight toned physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to see my body change. Once I notice results, I'm hooked.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed in a obstacle course/swimsuit round in oct 1997.

Workout Program:
On tues and thurs I do 1 hr of high intensity exercise. It consists of a combination of resistance training, plyometrics, agility drill,calestenics, running etc. I run 3 to 5 miles, 2 to 3 days a week.
