How I Started:
I was envolved in cross country and track in High School. I received my first weight bench my junior yr of high school, but I didnt get serious about weight training until I was 23.
Why I Love It:
I love the confidence it gives me. It makes me feel strong mentally and physically. I also love having a tight toned physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to see my body change. Once I notice results, I'm hooked.

Competed in a obstacle course/swimsuit round in oct 1997.

I have gained about 10 to 15 Ibs over the last 2 yrs. My goal is to lose That and gain a little muscle mass. I would love to compete in a figure competition someday.
