CARDIO: 3X A WEEK (Boxing/Muay thai or Running intervals on treadmill)
WEIGHTS: 3-4X A WEEK(dependent on how my body is recovering)
MON - CHEST/SHOULDERS/TRICEPS
WED - LEGS
FRIDAY - BACK/BI
With weights, I change up b/t moderate weights/heavy weights, tri-sets, backoff sets, failures...etc anything to surprise my body.
As for abs, I try to work my abs after my cardio workouts.
Currently, noticing I need to make extra time for stretching. |
