Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Workout log. I think this is a very efficient and organized way to progress, plus it takes the effort out of trying to remember what/weight you used the last time!

When lifting heavy 8-10, otherwise 12-16!
