Background
I made a new years resolution in 1990 and have been dedicated ever since.
To me bodybuilding is so much more, than the pursuit of muscle size and strength. It's the anchor that stabilizes me, and keeps me focused and secure in a crazy world. It's given me the power to overcome obstacles, and confidence to believe I can accomplish anything I dream. There is no better way to slow down the aging process, and you can't deny the respect and admiration it brings.

Day #2 Delt/Tri
Day #3 Rest
Day #4 Quad/Ham
Day #5 Back/Calves

~I will perform 2-3 work sets per exercise. The first set is in the 4-6 rep range, and the second in the 8-12 rep range.
~Large muscle groups will get 4-5 exercises and smaller muscles will get 2-3.
~Rest time will vary from 90sec-210sec depending on intensity.
~Rep tempo will usually be 3-2-1.
~Cardio will be limited to a 5 min warm-up and a 10min cooldown.
~I will be prioritizing chest, hams, and calves.
~This means my training days will vary depending on recovery.
~Rest is critical and I will take extra days when needed.
~Intensity is critical as well. Therefore I will be incorporating forced reps, rest pause, and drop sets when the the time is right.
