I made a new years resolution in 1990 and have been dedicated ever since.
Why I Love It:
To me bodybuilding is so much more, than the pursuit of muscle size and strength. It's the anchor that stabilizes me, and keeps me focused and secure in a crazy world. It's given me the power to overcome obstacles, and confidence to believe I can accomplish anything I dream. There is no better way to slow down the aging process, and you can't deny the respect and admiration it brings.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am currently training for the 2008 Canadian Nationals in Montreal sept 6/08...or so I thought?@#%...Too much work and too many injuries!@#$...hmmm Vancouver in 2009???
BB Accomplishments:
'98 Southern Albertas 3rd

Hey bro. Just checked out your newest uploaded videos. Cool part is I WAS THERE in the 2nd row and saw it all in person. Absolutely PHENOMENAL Todd!!! You're a machine!
I just caught up on your picture gallery, it is great. You look tremendous, and I like the profile picture. Keep up the good work and good luck with the 2008 nationals.

Yup. When I was an elite cyclist. Now it's only 34-37, so I'm not really that fit yet (or maybe it's just because I'm only doing 10-12 hours training a week instead of 20-25 hours of miles on a bike!).
