I made a new years resolution in 1990 and have been dedicated ever since.
Why I Love It:
To me bodybuilding is so much more, than the pursuit of muscle size and strength. It's the anchor that stabilizes me, and keeps me focused and secure in a crazy world. It's given me the power to overcome obstacles, and confidence to believe I can accomplish anything I dream. There is no better way to slow down the aging process, and you can't deny the respect and admiration it brings.

Day #1 Chest/Bi
Day #2 Delt/Tri
Day #3 Rest
Day #4 Quad/Ham
Day #5 Back/Calves
Day #6 Rest

~I will perform 2-3 work sets per exercise. The first set is in the 4-6 rep range, and the second in the 8-12 rep range.
~Large muscle groups will get 4-5 exercises and smaller...
technically 16 weeks out, but i want diet until and change things till April cuz im pretty lean already, just workin on fillen out and gaining more muscle, whens your next one
