My Goal is to increase muscle mass and decrease fat. My goal is to have a 34" waist, weigh between 195-200 and have a low fat%.
Goal (Long):
Three main reasons for loosing weight and getting fit: 1. Good Health, I'm loosing it and I want it back. I saw an open heart surgury on a "big" guy like me and there was a lot of fat wrapped around his heart. I don't want to die any sooner that I have to. 2. Phisical ability, I'd like to have some. I'm tired of throwing my back out when I go heavy yard work.

I want to LOSE 20 lb
