My Goal is to increase muscle mass and decrease fat. My goal is to have a 34" waist, weigh between 195-200 and have a low fat%.
Goal (Long):
Three main reasons for loosing weight and getting fit:
1. Good Health, I'm loosing it and I want it back. I saw an open heart surgury on a "big" guy like me and there was a lot of fat wrapped around his heart. I don't want to die any sooner that I have to.
2. Phisical ability, I'd like to have some. I'm tired of throwing my back out when I go heavy yard work.
I haven’t been very consistent with my work outs lately. I start one routine, don’t like it, go to another. I’m going back to P90X, it was doing well for me until I messed up my knee. For a while I was doing only upper body workouts and still managed to lose weight but now that...
ha! Well, keep playing with bodyspace, everything will come together! Lots of cardio here! trying to really bounce back; especially after a bruised toe. ehhhh
