Cardio- 6x a week, 45 mins
Strength Training- 5x a week
Yoga- 1-2x a week
Depending on whether its a no, lo or med starchy carb day, I decide what to train. This is planned at the beginning of the week of course. Legs are trained obviously on a higher carb day. I try to limit lifting on no carb days and do only low/med intensity cardio.
Need to drop bodyfat fast and don't really need to build any more muscle only show more lines and definition through allover fat loss. |
