K. This is far from my best pic. I'm trying hard to lean out my legs and have that coveted definition. Let's see what two weeks of eating clean, my new leg routine and alternating two days of low intensity cardio with three days of intervals will do for them.
I am sooooo close. I just need to stay consistent with the training and diet.
I want to lose another 15 lbs, tighten my glutes and have a true six-pack! I also want to compete in a regional show by the end of this year.
Goal (Long):
I love my body now....but I know that it can be better. My long-term goal is to compete at both the Arnold and the Olympia. With consistency and dedication I know that it is possible. I am addicted!!!!
I am currently five weeks out....not much time at all! I still have about 10 pounds of bf to lose, which means two sessions of @ least 45 minutes of cardio daily as well as including two meals with white fish and greens into my diet. I spent this weekend, working out and preparing my meals...
Giiiiirl, it is such a SLOW process for me this year. My show won't be until the END of September, so I'm about 14 weeks out. I have alot of work ahead of me, but I'm lovin' the challenge. What's up wit you. Any comps this year?

'Sup Chic? Yep, I do NOT do much cardio. Last 3 comptn preps - I did none. But like Kenyatta said earlier, the carb manipulation is key per YOUR goal. Me? I keep mine (carbs) UP through contest date..~120-150g each day comptn prep. BUT - wanna KEEP (looking for) leg size. Go with "a plan" and see how U respond after a month... then tweak. The longer U do this...the easier it gets. But always can tweak more. Best to ya'... *smile*
Cool...I don't do well w/ carbs either...I don't go over 25-50g a day and that's usually every other day. Keep at it, those legs won't have any choice but to come down!
well as for me it is 3 days a week heavy weight for the next 4 weeks then i bring it down for about 2 weeks to moderate weight higher reps. i am adding some size this way to my back ,leggs chest and arms. good hard and intense. just the way i need it and like it. i only do cardio if any 2-3 daysout of the week for about 25 minutes if i do not go play tennis
