Was very active in high school and afterwards well not so much! Fell back in love with lifting about 8 years ago when my ex really got me into bodybuilding. (It's helpful when your sig. other is into fitness)
Why I Love It:
Love the challenge of being disciplined and fast results from lifting! It's MY time!
How I Stay Motivated:
Hopping on BB.com there is so much motivation on this site! Want to get into the BEST shape of my life!

Goals I have for myself:
Be lean, hard bodied mama!
Be able to do an unassisted pull up! (Never was able to do one)
Rehab myself from emotional eater to clean eater supreme!
Get that "gap" in my inner thighs! lol

I think anyone who transforms their body into muscled art is impressive but I prefer the more feminine looking BB women without the drugs.. I do think Linda Murray is stunning. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12-15 reps burn fat alternates with 6-8 with heavier weights to continually shock the system

30 sec to 1 min keep heart rate up and burn additional calories
My son has been sick since yesterday. After a long night of fighting fevers, vomiting, congestion, and irritability I am beat. So going to the gym this morning is out of the question. Does that mean I'm going to sit on my butt and do nothing? Hell no I answer..lol I'm going to get him...

yea it is football season and i got 4 free tickets to the cinncinati and tennesse game this sunday so will be in cincy all weekend partying it up and trying to study

hey ...well my training is mostly just cardio right now trying to be more strict on diet and lose some fat...glad to hear yours is going well killer legs is one of my goals good luck with that today
