My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

I like a little bit of everything... Cardio, lifting, yoga, etc :)

I think that in order to be functionally health and fit, you have to expose yourself to as many different types of exercise as possible. I weight lift, I run, I do yoga and Pilates, and anything outdoors. As of now I'm doing Jamie Eason's Live Fit program, and I am becoming more serious about strength training and starting to use heavier weights. I absolutely love it! Working out is my favorite thing... Nothing makes me feel so good.

iTrainIzy Hey it's the same your way too, thats waaaaaaayyyyyy too warm to go running in for me, i'd die of heat stroke xP. I guess we all have our talents though, urs is running in the hot, and mine is running in the cold . :) Mar 17, 2013 8:00pm

iTrainIzy I bet you can't, being a runner and all :P. 50 fahrenheit ? that's 10 Celsius where I come from. It's -9 C here in Canada (15.8 F i think...) tomorrow is supposed to be -18 C (-.4 F i think again...:P) Which is ok-ish weather, as long as it doesn't snow and the roads aren't slippery i can run tomorrow :P. iTrainIzy lol I think you are one of the few people who like the leg days. Your always going to make progress if you lift the weights!:D I really pushed myself hard for this leg workout today, I think I am going to keep the weights the same for the next leg workout unfortunately...I think i did something to my knee when i was doing squats....i heard a kindof crack/tear noise. It doesn't hurt now but i wonder what it is going to be like tomorrow. Anyways...HAVE AN AWESOME DAY! :D Mar 15, 2013 5:05pm

iTrainIzy Well good luck :). I can totally agree with you there, I have "weak" weights too (compared to some of the other weights i read people lift on here) :P, but they are still working the muscles either way. AND WE WILL GET STRONGER! :D I can't wait... Tomorrow is legs and I am SCARED! I am going to go all out on them.... How was your chest/tris workout? Mar 14, 2013 9:14pm

iTrainIzy Yea I read that it takes like a month to see results :P I cant really see any significant results, but i am defiantly lifting a lot more than i was 4 weeks ago :P how bout you?
