I like a little bit of everything... Cardio, lifting, yoga, etc :)
I think that in order to be functionally health and fit, you have to expose yourself to as many different types of exercise as possible. I weight lift, I run, I do yoga and Pilates, and anything outdoors. As of now I'm doing Jamie Eason's Live Fit program, and I am becoming more serious about strength training and starting to use heavier weights. I absolutely love it! Working out is my favorite thing... Nothing makes me feel so good.
