Here is a comparison of me four months ago (5/10/09) and today (9/5/09). I am pretty happy that there isn't too much of a difference considering that I have barely been working out for the last three months. I went from working out twice a day 6 days a week to only about 2 - 3 times a week.
Now it is time to turn it up a notch and give JAnthony's workout plan a true commitment! Let's see what I can do over the next three months. :-)

Here is a comparison of my side profile four months ago (5/10/09) and today (9/5/09). I can see more of a difference on this photo. But again, it's not too bad. When I tested my body fat this morning I was up to 21.6% (three months ago I was at 20.3%... so I have gained back some body fat).
