Month 3 Progression Starting Point for New Challenge
Month 3 Progression... Before & Afters
Here is a comparison of my back four months ago (5/10/09) and today (9/5/09). I am pretty happy that there isn't too much of a difference considering that I have barely been working out for the last three months. I went from working out twice a day 6 days a week to only about 2 - 3 times a week. Now it is time to turn it up a notch and give JAnthony's workout plan a true commitment! Let's see what I can do over the next three months. :-)

Month 2 Before & After Back I am starting to see a lot of body fat coming off in my back. I still have a LOT of work to do on the butt!!! :-) But (ha, ha) it's firming up! :-)

Month 2 Before & After I am happy with my results so far. I think I have come a long way in two short months. Can't wait to see what happens after Month 3!

Here is a comparison of my side profile four months ago (5/10/09) and today (9/5/09). I can see more of a difference on this photo. But again, it's not too bad. When I tested my body fat this morning I was up to 21.6% (three months ago I was at 20.3%... so I have gained back some body fat).
