Yep, my Thanksgiving was good too!
I try to get to the gym at least 4 days per week, which is why this last split you sent worked so well. lol

No one should stay in the super low single digit bodyfat levels all the time. That's just dangerous.
BTW... I made your asparagus recipe for Thanksgiving and it was a hit! I used the olive oil/truffel oil on it and added the finely chopped garlic to the bread crumb mixture. Heavenly!

I love, love, love it! And the real deal closer for me is that 1 scoop... ONE... gives you 60% (that's right... 60 percent) of your daily calcium and 50% of your daily iron!!! For me that is critical because I don't drink milk products and iron pills make me sick (I'm anemic). AND it has 200mg of potassium (for my stupid ass leg cramps!) Also, 100% of your daily Vitamin E requirements... the list goes on and on! Can you tell I'm excited about it?!

You are gonna be blown away by the taste! It's not low carb, but OMG is it good! BTW, the container says to mix 1 scoop with 6 - 8 oz of water (or juice), but that is not enough water. I mix mine with 12 - 15 oz of water and it is still very thick. And that's just shaking it in a blender bottle (not using the blender!).

Here's the site I'm ordering it from because it's cheaper than buying it at the health food store...

I will send you the link in a bit. I'm trying to find a site that shows the entire ingredient profile. But you will have to use it on your higher carb days. It's not a low carb drink... but tastes soooo good and the energy is amazing! And no bloating (which happens to me a lot with whey proteins).

It's 100% all natural. It does have fructose, but not high fructose corn syrup... or even plain corn syrup. Fructose is actually a natural sweetener, so that makes it all natural! lol And yes it tastes better than the Lean 1. It doesn't have that artifical sweetener taste that Lean 1 has. It's like drinking a glass of blended fresh fruits! Awesome, awesome, awesome! It has the same stuff as the lightening products, but it's in a gluten free, vegetarian protein shake.

Hmmmm... it could have been due to a lot of things. Did you take a few days off before starting hell week? Was anything different this time? Sometimes our bodies just have an "off" day. That was me yesterday... weights that normally don't phase me were kicking my butt! Not sure why.

Hey Herm!! Hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving! I've been MIA due to a crazy holiday schedule, but stopping by to say "hi" to my friends! I found a fabulous new product... OMG... tastes even better than Lean 1 AND it's from the same company who makes the lightening products!!

You did NOT bomb on the push-ups! Bombing would mean that you didn't finish them, you quit, you gave up. And I don't even have to go back to your past blogs to know without a doubt that didn't happen! So knock it off!!
Damn, I can't believe I'm missing Hell Week!!! :-( Chris and I may have to do it next week instead.

I wanted to ask that if you have time and are up for it, I would love to have a new routine :-). I really, really enjoyed this last one. Loved the change up and especially loved the focus on the glutes for leg day. The routines are definitely helping me maintain my weight and bodyfat levels during the holidays! And once the holidays are over and I have more free time I can up the number of days I work out and then I will really see the results!!
