I was overweight and feeling terrible after a major surgery. Having Grave's Disease and not changing my life to accomidate the weight changes put me over 190lbs and exhausted!! I finally decided to take control of my body and my life!! Fitness became the most important thing to me next to my family.
Why I Love It:
I feel strong, and in control of my body. I am full of energy and can be an inspiration to my kids.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is hard, but I remember how hard it was to start!! Then I can stay motivated to keeping the workouts up, and constantly stimulating my mind and body. Plus I sign up for races and such so I HAVE to train LOL
BB Accomplishments:
I went from a size 18 to a size 6, and gained a more sculpted physique. My Abs are more cut then ever and I look forward to more improvements
My goal is to become more cut and stronger, and to drop 15 more pounds before Christmas!
Goal (Long):
I have been working out for over a year and slacked off a bit. I just want to get excited again about finess and make more progress. To become more cut and get that 6-pack!! I also want to drop at least 15 pounds I am curently 140 but pretty built. I just need to tweek the problem areas.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
17%

Well with 4 year old twins and a busy work schedule I try no to be to strict on the days I work out. The only requirement I have for myself is that I get at least 3 Full body workouts with Cardio a week. I will do 2 workouts on the machines for legs a week and one with free weights. Usually...
