Workout Program:
May-June 07
4-day split
Mon-AM cardio & legs, abs, PM HIT cardio
Tue-Upper body circuit, PM Cardio
Wed-HIT Cardio, yoga class,
Thur-AM cardio, leg circuit (high rep &low-moderate weight)
FRI- Upper body circuit- giant set

Saturday
Full body circuit 4 rounds of 12 reps w/moderate weight for time:
Deadlifts/cleans
squat
chest press
military press
bicep curls
tricep dips or kick backs
pull ups
