How I Started:
i was a bit heavy in High School and was motivated to lose the weight before starting college, so no freshman 15 for me! and I have been hooked ever since!!
Why I Love It:
it is addicting!! i'm a bit obessed with my workouts and have everything plan out!, unless im dying i wont miss a beat!! but seriously it's rooted into my daily routine and it very important to me to stay fit and healthy; this is my lifestyle and i love it!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I come to bodybuilder.com for most of my motivation and variety helps too! right now im taking up kickboxing and i am loving it!!
BB Accomplishments:
my most major bodybuilding accomplishment was when i finally was able to do 10 pull-ups with my own body weight ! not bad for a girl!

I want to drop Body fat and get stronger! I also want to get my Blue Belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu....
Goal (Long):
I want to lose bodyfat and gain a bit more muscle. Im starting out the new year with a three day full body split that and 4 cardio days... after that I will shift gears and change things around to include swimming and more martial arts training.

now that it is officially June, (talk about fast)2007, I am back in the work force(long ter temp job) i can hit the diet hard ! I decided to keep it simple and light because as it gets warmer my appetite seems to decrease. (or is it that im wearing less and i dont want to look great..hehe)....

Have you tried ankle weights? Been using them for years! They really tone up the abs, butt and legs. My legs and butt are like stone from using them!!
