I was on those front cable raises with rope. Great for isolation the front delts. Also feels like it puts less strain on the shoulder joint so it works great on those days when I'm having a little discomfort. IG: jadams003

First time going after the 90s with the seated dumbbell press. Managed to do a few good reps, but failed to hit my goal of 10. It happens. You need to fail in order to succeed so the body will adapt to the new challenge IG: jadams003
