One might think push-ups are relatively straightforward. NOPE, there are at least a hundred different ways to do push-ups. I will pic 4 and do them threw out the day. Day 1 of 30 days of Fit challenge. Time TO HIIT IT!

Light squats and cardio coming up. All this frequency with squats is helping build and mobility! WHy am I doing so many squats? stepping out of my comfort zone. Plus my legs are slow on building. SO off I go to squat!
