Oblique Twist - Twist your torso by turning your upper body as if you were trying to turn around but don’t move your lower body much. Alternate sides. To add more resistance, hold a weight in your hands.

Standing Leg Raise - Lift one leg up until it’s almost parallel to the ground, hold it up for 2 seconds. Slowly bring it back down to the floor. To maintain your balance you can stand against a wall or hold something like a chair.

Stability Ball Crunch - Lie on the stability ball with your back fully rested on the ball. Lift your upper body as if you were trying to get up. Slowly return to the start position while flexing your abs.

Situps - Bring yourself to a sitting position using your core for support. Slowly return to the start posing. don’t use hands for support during the movement.

Ab Crunch - Lift your neck up slightly with your hands on the back of your head. Lift your upper back off the floor. Hold for 2 seconds. Slowly return to the start position.

Exercises You Can Do at Home... THE IT ROLL (Iliotibial Band) - Roll gently up and down the IT band (the tissue along the sides of your quadriceps). Swap sides and repeat!
