Pete's Chest sling gone, can carefully use arm so slowly introducing back into exercises and weights- feeling good

Pete's back allowed to start doing assisted lifts with left arm now but no weights things are looking up.ya

Aug. 20, 2016 7:54 AM Workout do I miss having my left shoulder in action but pleased with workout considering. and thanks to the final in womens hockey at Olympics slowing me down which means NZ did not to do bad after all
