So you want to shock your delts... Choose light weights, 60% of your max. Do 3 x 15 with 30 seconds breaks between sets and 1 min break between exercise. You wont be able to lift your arms after. Epic shoulder pump guarantied..

Want to destroy your chest? Do 3x15 of each and add 2 x max of chest dips in the end. Damage is inevitable.
