I've been incorporating Chia seeds in my everyday diet. Best thing is it helps hunger , and beats bloat by absorbing the water in your body which also means it keeps you hydrated

Learn which fruits are in season so you can have the tastiest most fresh fruits and veggies. If they aren't in season the fruits and veg are imported making less nutritious and less fresh- buy local from the Farmers Market it takes out the guessing
