For all those have sweet tooth, just like me, cinnamon cookies, Cool Whipped (fat free) & sprinkles. Left macros are for the cinnamon cookies and the right for cool whipped. Servings: 2 cinnamon cookies, 2 tsp. cool whipped (fat free).

Great article! Must read! I've always been addicted to sugar and now I'm in rehab. 200k challenge has helped me to have a goal to not fall into the sugar temptation. You need to find a balance, thats the secret.
