Sunday morning crepes! Creme cheese crepes (9 crepes): 4 oz of creme cheese 2 whole eggs 4 egg whites 1/2 scoop of protein powder 1 ripe banana 2 tbsp of almond flour. @marekfitness in IG

Pancakes Sunday anyone?! To make 10 of Banana Blueberry pancakes: 3 ripe bananas 3 egg whites 3 eggs 1/2 to 3/4 cup of oatmeal (used blender to break it down a bit) 1 tbsp of almond flour 1 cup of blueberries @marekfitness on IG
