This came to $22 last night. Produce prices are absolutely ridiculous around most of the World (I'm in Canada). Thank God we're not on a food budget! I honestly don't know how some families do it. I mean, come on... Look at the picture, $22!!!

Green eggs, no ham. If you're in a rush, toss an entire carton of egg whites in a frying pan and chop up the biggest handful of spinach you can grab. Top with your favorite hot sauce. Recommend Frank's Buffalo Wing sauce, 0 calories :)

This one is dead simple... 1/2 cup oats, 2 scoops chocolate whey, 1 pack Quest Peanut Butter Cups chopped up. This is a big meal, cut the recipe in half or save what you can't finish for a snack.
