May not be able to outrun your fork but some extra cardio does help - T25 speed 1.0 after a bit of an off day on food.

Not a cheat meal but a Treat meal. Everything is allowed on my plan but it is higher fat and protein than I'd normally have in a meal. 1st treat I've had since starting this plan. 🎁

I've missed my shakeology! Chocolate with PB, cinnamon, chipotle and vanilla. So yummy and a welcome prize for finishing my workout :-)
