Easy Homemade Almond Butter: Roasted Salted Almonds Cinnamon Honey Put all in food processor and blend. Stop to scrape down sides a few times until you reach desired consistency.
PB Oatmeal Balls! 1 cup Oats 1/2 cup PB or Nut Butter 1/4 cup honey 1 teas. vanilla 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Mix everything, roll into balls on parchment paper & refrigerate to harden a bit:)
6 cups chicken broth 2 los chicken breasts 2 (15-oz) cans Great Northern beans, drained 2 cups salsa verde 2 teas. cumin/ Salt & Pepper to taste Add everything to crock pot and simmer on low for 3 hours. Pull out chicken, shred, and return.
Fall is approaching! Butternut Squash Soup is my fav! Sauté onion, carrot & garlic in 2 tbsp evoo til tender. Add squash, s&p, and 32 oz broth, cover and simmer 20 mins. Add fresh sage & 1 cup milk. Puree with blender!
Grilled Pecan Salmon: Lightly coat salmon filets with coconut oil and dash of sea salt and place on grill. Last 5 minutes of grilling top with drizzled honey and pecans. Close grill so pecans can toast. Enjoy!
Short on time in the AM? These Breakfast Egg "Muffins" are quick and easy to make ahead of time! Scramble your eggs and any added goodies you like, then simply pour into sprayed muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Stuffed Peppers with ground lean turkey, diced chilies, low sodium taco seasoning, and topped with some verde salsa. Roasted sweet taters on the side:)
These B-Elite meals are great anytime, but especially if you're short on time! Warm it up and you're ready to chow down after a long day.

Because sometimes you gotta change up a basic sweet potato! Sweet potato fries tossed in coconut oil, sea salt & cinnamon. Bake at 450 for roughly 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Bison Burgers....one of my favorite summer dinners! Wrap it in lettuce leaves and I like to top mine with avocado, tomato, purple onion, and even a fried egg sometimes!
PB Protein Balls: 2 cups PB 2 scoops protein 2 ripe bananas 2 Tbsp flax seed Optional chocolate chips coconut to roll in Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls. Toss in coconut. Freeze 2 hours.

The crock pot can be a great way to make dinner early in the morning so its ready when you get home from a busy day or to meal prep!
Whenever I get behind on my meals or I'm in a hurry I shoot for making a quick shake like this! But instead I add almond milk and I always add greens.
This could solve a sweet tooth craving!
