Breakfast at work. Steel cut oats, organic plain Greek yougurt, organic strawberries, tx honey, almonds, chia seeds. Washing down with water.
Mid morning snack: green tea, plain Greek yougurt, honey, steel cut oats, chia seeds and blueberri
Low carb breakfast. Green beans, cauliflower, eggs with mushrooms and red pep
Low carb lunch. Grilled chicken an green beans.
Pre-lunch: eggs with mushrooms, asparagus and fat free beans
