HUGE Portobello Mushroom: 400g, 9" long, 1 1/2" thick. Yeah... that's a quarter coin sitting there. Cost me $0.99 :) What to do with this WITHOUT CUTTING IT UP? Thanks for the suggestions.

Went for a MEAT week, but totally craved veggies, so I made this last night: Chinese Eggplant, Zucchini, Red & Orange Pepper, Red Onion, Red Cabbage, Garlic, 2 Eggs, 2 Tbs Homemade Lard :), Hot Sauce, Soy Sauce, Parmesan. Wow!
My lunch today: slices of eggplant, green pepper rings, cucumber rings, green onion, on the griddle. Also stole some left-over grilled chicken off of my daughter's plate :)
