Decided to try a baking experiment today- I have old bananas to use - next will be protein banana bread! Addison has been asking for muffins and being the way I am i made her measure how much sugar is found in a store bought muffin!

Follow up to last nights crockpot post. No matter how you do your food prep - I find one easy way to stick to my diet is to get as creative as I can. As I mention I MEASURE out food items. I wanted soup so I add pepper and Mrs. Dash and water

Those of you who struggle with picky eaters can try something as simple as crock pot cooking. The MOST COMMON thing I find when answering questions is people are not measuring food. They eat until they are satisfied or go back for seconds.

I hate water- and during peek week I measure water and pour it into my keurig and drink it hot! Even in a hot summer day or while visiting @kizmvp in Florida...I still enjoy my water hot. Many benefits to drinking hot water...try it!
