For those post-workout dinners when you can't make your own rice because you're hungry as a horse and trembling from an intense workout, this stuff is actually pretty good. Microwaves in 90 seconds and is pretty tasty, and you get your ricy carbs.
Today's rest-day lunch: three-egg omelette stuffed with spinach, sauteed mushrooms and onions, and mozzarella and Swiss cheese.
