Im happy with my workout and physique from 2017, but i am not satisfied. 2018 will be amazing! I hope everyone feels the same. Congrats on 2017 everyone. Goodluck with 2018
I'm fully back into the daily meetings with the iron(working out). Feeling better then ever. Have a clear outline of what i'm doing. There comes a pride of knowing no one can **** with your goal or aspirations.
This me after not working out for 2 months. I have kept nearly all the muscle I've built. I think my training style is responsible for this. Im more hungry then ever. I absolutely love the journey to climbing to the next level.

Again ill have to put more size on to hit this pose properly. Mainly chest size.

Flexing the biceps extremely hard is so good for growth and shaping the muscle. Forcing it into a tennis ball shape. People don't know that flexing is amazing. Workout, forces fresh blood into the muscle.

My favourite pose right now. after hitting a back workout. Back is an amazing muscle group for raw power. I love weighted pull ups and bent over rows for building my back.

Bodybuilding is the greatest sport!! Am i too lean????? Let me know if this is motivational for you! I want to hear from everyone. I can talk about fitness all day.
A massive lesson i have learned from bodybuilding is that fractions add up. Not in a day or a month, but one day you look in the mirror and look completely different. This fact keeps me motivated. Every Workout matters!!!!!!!!!

Had an awesome shoulder workout today. Started with heavy sets then went into lots of drop sets and super sets to really burn the muscles out. Hope everyone else enjoyed their workouts today. What did you do today??
loving training so much right now. Trust me i understand how hard it is to stay motivated. I have bad days to. I find watching videos helps a lot. don't loose focus of why you are here.
