Motivation

Main goal. Always try to look at least 1/8 as good as Arnold. The huge chest, arms, shoulder, lats, nice abs.... I will get there!

Goal number 2. Look like a beast just standing there and not having to flex or suck in stomach.
Been "dieting" for 3 weeks but avoiding cardio and eating stupid grilled cheese sandwiches.. NO MORE of that. Cardio 2 days on and 2 days off. No more junk food, all protein, veggies and nuts/almonds for the next 90 days!

Did legs today after 2 months... still injured so had to do most of it on squat machine. and 1 leg press instead of lunges. I'm dead but I loved it! i MISS IT!
